I have been searching for a very long time.

I was very young when my mind and body went through trauma and I became separated from myself…

The course is in it’s third day and already I feel that so many questions have been answered and I have been able to affirm what I’ve been feeling for some months. Here there is no rule that what you are being taught you must learn and accept or if you disagree or there is ...

The Journey Begins

Although expansive and diverse, India’s wildlife is also very rare. The prospect of a firsthand encounter with the magnificent strength and beauty of the ...

The unleashing powers of yoga – creativity, energy, intimacy

After 9 months of practicing yoga I have a varied collection of DIY objects filling the home.  Not only have I unleashed my potential to create, but I’ve managed to sustain the energy and enthusiasm to continue producing a consistent supply of beautiful and individual handmade crafts.

My partner decided to experience yoga himself just 2 months ago and has proven that yoga does in fact allow the body and mind to surpass ...
