India can be described as a cataclysmic explosion of humanity in its truest form. Totally transparent and free spirited, there are no airs and graces with the locals. Being a holy city, travellers to Rishikesh vary from the obvious tourist to spiritual leaders, Indians from all corners and government officials. I’m quite sure there”s much going on around here that I don’t know about but from inside my room all I hear are hooters and I’m pleased I didn’t brave the chaos today.
I’ve done the math and considering we’re doing 24 hours of yoga a week…you can imagine how I’m feeling. Days like today when the temperatures soar its better to confine yourself and save your energy for the 17h30 class.

The structure of the brain and various functions; cells and their ability to regenerate.
